Record the county and state exactly as the source names them. Add the page title and publisher. Keep the page's stated publication or update date separate from the day you read it. If the source gives no date, leave that field marked as unstated.
Copy a short excerpt into the quotation field. Put your own reading in the next field. Keep an unanswered question in the last field, beside the source link it concerns. A blank field shows a gap in this record; it makes no claim about what the county requires.
